Playstation Vita is the successor for the PsP. Although it wasnt as popular due to the memory card being proprietary, lack of first party game from Sony and also it was way to powerful for a handheld gaming device at that time that game developer said making game for it is almost the same as making a game for the ps4 and xbox 1 and jot really worth it since not a lot of people have the Vita.
