Extremely late comment, but the dialogue when they are talking through "phones" is off because it is pretty much using their minds and transcribing it into text and audio. So that's why there are a lot of words missing and repeated because its going directly off what they are thinking

It is a great piece of art in that everyone that watches it gets a different takeaway, but it is not media that is easily consumed. As such, most people would rather watch the next My Hero Academia or Demon Slayer.
