Hello, hello! How does one even start the first dev blog of the year? Let's see, what's new? Vane fixed his sleep schedule and rested for once! Banshee adopted two little void kittens and they are the cutest little things!

Anyway, we’re back, baby! So, let’s get straight to the crux of the matter. Banshee’s wrist is still more or less the same, as the splint and medicine treatment didn't really work as she hoped. She was a brave camper and said she could put the surgery off for a while longer and just start working again, but honestly, now might be the best time for her to do the surgery since her wrist is well-rested, so I told her to do it as soon as possible! She wants to test the waters a bit and see if her wrist acts up as she gets back to work this week, but if she ends up doing the surgery, she might take up to two or three months to fully recover.

(Banshee absolutely dreading the recovery time, possible side effects, and the surgery itself. But hey, at least she won't have to wash the dishes for another 2 months!)

What will be of Necro Bunny and Rise of the White Flower while she’s away? Well, I’m still here, and I’ll continue working. We’ll just have to make do without CGs for a few releases, which will suck, but hey — after Banshee comes back, she will have a super wrist capable of putting up with 12-hour shifts 6 days a week. She’ll make up for it in no time at all! Isn’t that right, Banshee? (Yes, of course. I'll see if the doctors can install those fancy new android wrists!)

Now, we’ve been caught a bit by surprise by Banshee’s imploding wrist, so it’s kinda tricky for us to give you a nice timeline of what we want to achieve this year. But I for one think it’s about time we finished the main story! Finishing the main story won’t mean that we are done with the game — there’s plenty still to fix and add, chief among them the ever-promised and never-delivered slave route and Kyo romance for the two most degenerate groups in our fandom. We also want to continue expanding on the new layered Catherine sprite by adding more tattoos and accessories. And who knows? Maybe Vane will even implement the cheat to unlock all outfits after 4 years. One can dream, right?

Finally, we'd like to begin this wonderful year of 2025 by thanking all of you, our amazing friends, patrons, and supporters. We hope this new year brings you endless joy, success, health, and beautiful memories! Here's to a bunch of new adventures together!
