Hey there everyone!

It's been a while since I last posted here. Although I have managed to be able to make OC stuff more frequently lately, I kept billing paused because I originally wanted to try drawing them for the sake of creating them and not for "content". I was struggling to come up with ideas on what to draw and I think it made my perspective about art making on the negative side.

I'm quite struggling lately with drawing OCs for some reason.
the first one took me many attempts. (I also tried linearting. but i cant get Demi's proper face when i do) then the 2nd one is just made in 1 day. I think i have to change how i paint now. similar to the 2nd one. It feels more comfortable than on the first one. I think it also looks more appealing

I wanted to draw her lying on her back and her hair flowing. i appreciate the way the highlights of the hair gets circular in shape when this happens.

I went to the beach last month and I took inspiration from it for this piece. I thought her colors work really well with the color of the sea :)
