150 - Dev Blog

Oh wow, I know we number these every week but that 150 kinda caught me by surprise just now! Well, happy 150th Dev Blog, everyone! 

Banshee suffered an assassination attempt at the hands of a rogue shopping cart! No, really. She cut her foot in the silliest way possible, which bled a lot but healed fairly quickly, but turns out the tetanus shot she had to take afterward has some pretty nasty side effects! After a few days of fever, pain, and feeling like absolute crap, she almost felt like getting tetanus instead. Almost. 

Sadly, this meant that not a lot of progress was made on Amelie's scene, but Banshee will still do her best to deliver at least a partial scene, as well as a sketch of Khai's CG. Oh, and she also drew Brazilian Catherine to make Vane happy, because world cup and stuff.

Vane continued working on expanding the Evelny scene he started last week. The scene started as just a quick rump that would be the seed for Catherine's submissive route, but he has since expanded that, so we now actually have a proper scene with Evelyn where you can get to know more about her and vampires in general. 

He is also continuing his neverending quest with Khai's latest scene, but pressure to make the scene very nice for all the catboy aficionados out there has made his progress slow.

Now, as you probably know, this Friday we're going to have the last build release of 2022! Man, time sure flies, huh? Anyway, after that release we're going to be taking around two weeks off for the Holidays and to recharge our energies. We're also going to use this time to plan the final act of our story! We're really hoping we can send Catherine off with a banger arc! To that effect, we're also going to be running a few polls to hear from you all and focus our efforts! 

So watch this space! Plenty more is coming real soon!

Finally, we would like to all of you for your amazing support! We actually achieved a huge milestone last week, which was getting past the $1400 barrier for the first time! Now that might not look like much, but we breached the $1300 barrier in November of last year, so we have been stuck there for more than a year and now we're finally seeing some sustained growth again. We are of course overjoyed, thank you all so much for the support!

And as we have had an influx of new blood, if you're new around these parts, welcome! Thank you for the support and we hope you enjoy your time here with us! Oh! And if you're one of the veterans that has been supporting us for a very long time. Man... You're just the best! Thank you so much!
