Lots of text in this one, but the black text is mostly flavor text or commentary.
So if you want the story without all the text, you can just ignore the black text for the most part. I think it adds a little humor and fun to the story, but it is a lot to read.

Tried to give you guys some "spicy" scenes in there since it's been a while.
I think there are some really good shots in there, my only regreat is that I probably could have expanded further on the lewd scenes, but the request was already taking sooo much time. (especially with having to add the damn collar to every image... whoo boy that did not want to cooperate.)

I wasn't very inspired by the idea at first, and I had to really think about how to make the story entertaining even though Hubert was doomed from the start...
But all in all, I'm pretty proud of how it turned out, and I'm glad to have my own take on the "Feminization Institute" trope.
