Added 2025-04-02 15:01:46 +0000 UTCin friday's update, the sandbox will finally feature proper history saving and music management.
plan for the next month or two, aside from improvements to the technical side:
streamline the storyline to a point where there is relatively free movement around the city with generated events, instead of rare and short segments of freedom with ai – a closer integration.
I hope that this will both diversify the storyline and make it more attractive to sandbox players •ᴗ•

it largely depends on the model – strange responses such as news articles and other unrelated stuff are most likely caused by a small, weak model. which model are u using?

2025-04-16 10:47:52 +0000 UTCIs there a resource, or can you include in the game's help section, for programming the characters in sandbox mode to respond better? I get the weirdest replies sometimes, with news articles or it just include a paragraph with some hidden character info as if it's coaching itself on how to respond... in the response. Or the characters will respond with story that includes actions or dialogue on the user's behalf, which will steer the scene way off course at times. For the most part, Sandbox mode is really really great and it's led to some fun and unexpected (in a good way) interactions.
