Concept - Credo redesign
Added 2021-09-15 13:34:42 +0000 UTCSo my paintings are having colors again...! No complex color & value theories here, just some basic color and shading, so I can concentrate on designing and drawing shapes.
I'm now working on his full-body redesign. (The 4th image) The facial features are still a bit off, probably a bit too old? BTW the third image is simply for testing brushes XD
It seems easier to figure out the design by applying some base colors, rather than solely relying on values. I was misled by myself for years! Anyway I'm happy about what I have discovered within these weeks. Feels like I'm gaining more control while painting.

終於，我的畫作中又出現顏色了...！沒有特別在意顏色和灰度，就只是上了些單調的基礎色、還有用圓筆頭添加一些陰影這樣。也因為盡量簡化了顏色和光影，所以更能專心設計造型。
目前正在進行全身的制服設計(第四張)，臉部現在看起來還是有點OOC(汗)最後再來慢慢修吧。對了，第三張圖和概念圖沒什麼關連，就只是畫到中途突然想實驗一些筆刷搭配XD
話說，我過去一直以為，省去顏色、只使用灰階/單色，更適合讓我專注在造型設計，結果原來不然的樣子啊啊啊。雖然我的色癡程度依舊，但不依賴顏色和灰度，也能順利把想要的造型呈現出來，而且重點是真的節省了很多時間...！未來應該會繼續研究這類畫法的可能性！
