July billing cycle paused / Sales tax / Missing old posts

Sorry again for my absence this month. I've been trying anything possible to find the solution for improving my drawing, recently I just began to learn CSP (clip studio paint), and found it can solve some major problems I used to struggle with on other drawing programs. Anyway, cut to the point, here are the three topics I need to talk about:
抱歉本月因為欠缺獎勵，七月初的結款週期將再度暫停！這幾週我仍在嘗試解決畫線稿時遇到的一些難題，目前正在學習入門CSP，很意外地一些我過去遇到的問題突然都不是問題了...難道這就是傳說中的CSP魔法嗎...！呃離題了，這文主要是得宣佈三個站務重點：

1. July billing cycle paused 七月的結帳週期將暫停
As long as there is not enough reward made, the monthly billing cycle will be paused.
只要當月獎勵難產，本專頁都會暫停和各位收費。(新加入的會員仍會在加入當天繳一次費用)

2. Sales tax updates 營業稅新法將對Patreon平台造成的影響
This month I have been bombarded by Patreon emails talking about the new laws of sales taxes. Long story short, on July 1st, patreon will be required by law to start adding sales tax. It will affect patrons in some parts of the US and 15 other countries. (see list) However, I don't think my rewards are taxable since it's based on 'benefits' (one-time reward system, mostly for physical rewards) which I don't offer.

Patreon has offered a guide to all creators to help 'reducing the possibilities of patrons being taxed', and I have followed the guide, hopefully, the tax system will exclude my patrons.

這個月Patreon官方三天兩頭就email提醒大家，七月一日起，Patreon平台將會被某些地方的政府課稅，至於誰會被課稅？若您是本平台贊助會員，居住在本表格內的區域或國家(包括台灣)，您有可能會被加收營業稅。但本制度基本是針對創作人提供的'benefit"課稅，benefit指的多半是一次性獎勵(如書或卡片等實體商品)，本專頁並沒有提供這方面的獎勵。 

Patreon官方也提供了教學，教創作者如何正確設定benefit，降低會員被課稅可能性，我也照著操作過，總之照理來說，我專頁的贊助會員不會被新的課稅制影響，若有的話影響也很小。

3. Tier $5-30 patrons lost their access to some of my older posts. 五鎂與三十鎂會員無法瀏覽某些舊文章的內容
Patreon system made a change during 2019, which resulted in some of my posts older than 2019 march not available for tier $5/$30 patrons. All of them are process photo posts for tier $2 or above, posted earlier than 2019 march. I have fixed all unaccessible posts last week.

If you have been one of my $5/$30 patrons during 2019 March - 2020 June, have deleted the pledge, but want to view those missing old posts, you can follow the instruction below:

• Pledge tier $2 again, download/view the missing content.
• Then delete the pledge and request 2 dollars refund. (by comment or message)
• Please use the same patreon account to pledge so I can verify it.

在2019年間Patreon系統曾做了一次更新，導致本專頁某些較舊的文章無法被後來新加開的五鎂與三十鎂會員觀看，這些文章皆發佈於2019三月之前，為二鎂(或以上)會員專屬的process photo(過程圖解)文章。上週我已經將這些舊文重新設定過，現已開放給所有二鎂/五鎂/三十鎂會員觀看。 

若您曾在2019年三月至2020年六月間，加入五鎂/三十鎂會員，後來刪除贊助，因而無法觀看部份舊文──您可以再次贊助成為「二鎂會員」，下載或觀看所有舊文章，再向我提出兩鎂元的退款請求(私信或留言皆可)。(請注意，務必使用同一個會員帳號)再次抱歉出這種系統烏龍orz
