4/28更新：今天上午總算收到官方最後的回覆。下有結論，意思是他們真的給錯方法喇，取消後再加入這招真的沒有用，不好意思讓各位白忙一場orzWhich means, if you have joined my Patreon before 4/1, and are remaining on the same tier/pledge during April. Your April payment won't be processed.
也就是說，如果你在4/1之前就加入會員，並且在四月份沒有更動會員等級或金額，那麼叭子會收不到你的四月份贊助金額。

How to pay for April support and get time-limited rewards? On 4/22 I've already given the solution:
這樣是要怎麼拿到四月份的限時獎勵？在4/22本文更新中，我已經提出解決方法：

• Wait for the May 1st billing cycle.
• Confirm your May pledge is processed. 
• After May pledge is processed, edit your payment by adding an extra amount. For example, you are a Tier $2 patron, and want April Tier $2 reward; edit the pledge number to 4.00, then you will be billed for $2 (4-2=2) immediately.
• Once the extra payment is processed, I will PM the April reward to you as soon as possible. Or you can contact me to ensure the reward is being sent.
• Remember to edit your pledge back, so you won't be charged an extra amount in June.
• 等待五月初(通常都是一號)的定期結款。
• 確認五月的贊助金額已經支付成功。
• 接著再修改贊助金額。舉個例子，假如你是二鎂會員，想要收到四月的二鎂會員獎勵，那麼請將贊助金額的數字改成「4.00」，系統會立刻向你收取兩鎂的差額。
• 一旦確認金額已結清，我會盡快將四月限時獎勵透過私訊發給各位。你也可以提醒我以確定獎勵送出的進度。 
• 額外的贊助金額刷出去之後，記得再將贊助金額修改回來。

說明下結帳系統是怎麼運作的：

• Billing cycle: Patreon bills patrons during the start of every month. 
• Charge up front: Patrons who are newly joined/ upgrading tiers / adding extra pledge will be billed immediately.
• Patreon being paused: Once a patreon page being paused, the billing cycle for that month will be cancelled. However charge up front will still work. 
• 每月結帳週期：Patreon會定時在每月月初(通常是一號)向既有會員結帳。
• Charge up front(立即結帳)：當月才加入的新會員、或是向上調升等級/金額的會員，其贊助金額都會立刻被結清。
• 暫停Patreon：當創作人決定暫停Patreon，其每月結帳週期會被暫停。但Charge up front仍會維持運作。

My apology for bothering you all again! Yesterday I was talking about not being able to re-run the billing cycle in April, and I made this post based on the solution given by Patreon support. But it seems doesn't work for patrons who repledge on the same amount.
4/22更新: 抱歉再度打擾各位，昨天我發了本帖，談到本月無法運行定期扣款系統、導致無法收取本月大部份贊助。昨日我將Patreon官方給予的答覆中所提供的解決方法提供上來，但該方法似乎不是對所有人都有效。

I was suggested by Patreon support to ask you guys to cancel membership and repledge again. It is meant to force the charge up front feature to process the payment immediately. But till now many of the repledges are still not shown on my manager, and I also get feedback talking about that there is nothing changing on Billing History page and no receipt is sent.
Patreon官方建議，因為我的專頁啟用了charge up front制度，新加入或是向上調升的贊助金額都能立刻結清，因此假如原本的贊助人退出、然後再重新加入，那麼重新加入的贊助金額也會被立刻結清。但事實似乎不然！直到現在我在後台仍看不到許多重新加入的贊助款，也持續收到會員反應、在Billing History頁面看不到本月的贊助記錄，也沒有收到任何收據。

I reported this situation again to support about 4 hours later after the post, but have not yet gotten an answer. I'm afraid to assume that the support might give me a false solution and just leave my questions behind.
昨天在本帖發出後約四小時，我就再度向Patreon官方再度回報這個情形，但目前仍未得到答覆。總之咧...最壞的情況可能是，Patreon官方根本就給了我錯誤的解決方法，而且不打算來收我的爛攤子。

If you are still trying to repledge and wondering why no payment is processed, I'm sincerely sorry that probably this repledge method won't work for you. I'm not 100% sure the support will reply to me again, so better to fix this problem by ourselves.
如果各位仍還在繼續嘗試重新加入，或是疑惑為啥贊助金額一直沒刷出去，這邊先致上萬分的抱歉！昨天提供的法子對你來說很可能沒有用。現下無法100%確定Patreon官方會不會再答覆，只好先來想想該如何自力救濟。

If you have tried to cancel membership and then repledged, but no payment is processed. Here are my suggestions:
假如你已經試著取消會員再重新加入，但贊助金額遲遲沒刷出去的跡象，這裡還有其他方法供參考：

• Wait for the Patreon support to give another solution. However, it is unlikely to happen.
  繼續等待Patreon官方回覆。但很可能就沒下文了。 
• Wait for the next billing cycle (May 1st), and see if any extra payment is processed. For example, you have tried to repledge $2 for Tier $2, April support. On May 1st, both of April and May pledges (2+2=$4) will be processed.
  等待五月一號的定期結款，看有沒有額外的金額刷出去。假如你在四月選擇重新加入二鎂會員，那麼在五月一號，系統可能會向你同時收取四月與五月的贊助金額，也就是四鎂元。 
• If there is no extra payment processed in May, you can still edit your pledge by adding an extra amount. Pledges of adding extra amount should be processed immediately.
  如果沒有額外的贊助金額刷出去，你仍然可以在五月內修改贊助金額，只須把額外的金額加上去即可。系統會立刻結算額外加上的金額。 
• Once the payment is processed, I will PM the April reward to you as soon as possible. Or you can contact me to ensure the reward is being sent.
  一旦確認金額已結清，我會盡快將四月限時獎勵透過私訊發給各位。你也可以提醒我以確定獎勵送出的進度。 
• Remember to edit your pledge back, so you won't be charged an extra amount in June.
  額外的贊助金額刷出去之後，記得再將贊助金額修改回來。

This time I've learned my lesson and I won't pause my Patreon without knowing it is impossible to have the pledges back during the paused month. Sorry again for all the trouble you're going through ;o;

Sorry I have bad news for you :((( Today morning I got the reply from Patreon support and confirmed that I'm not able to receive a big part of my April earnings. Here is what I am paid so far, from new April patrons and old patrons upgrading tiers during April:
各位...有個壞消息..！今天早上我從Patreon官方得到回覆，呃我無法收到極大部份的四月份贊助收入。以下是我目前本月的實際收入，來自四月新加入的會員以及四月內向上調動贊助金額的會員：

If you would like to receive the Tier $2 (or above) time-limited reward, or simply want to send your support, and your April pledge is not processed, I need to bother you to cancel your membership and then repledge again, before the end of April. So the payment can be processed immediately.
如果想收到二鎂(或更高等級)的限時獎勵，或單純想實際給予支持，我得麻煩各位在四月結束之前先取消贊助，然後再重新加入會員，唯有如此系統才會立刻向各位收取四月贊助費用。

Once your $2 or above pledge is processed, you will be on the list to get the time-limited reward!
一旦贊助金額(二鎂以上)已確定支付，您將會在指定日期收到四月份的限時獎勵！

Sorry again for still being a noob of running Patreon, I have no idea that I can't cancel the pause and get paid again, and it's disappointing that Patreon support can do nothing from their end. It's paused for 3 months and to be frankly my financial condition is not great. And thank you if you are willing to send your support!

You can comment, PM, or email me about this. I will need you to edit your pledge by adding an extra amount based on which version reward (150 or 300 dpi) you'd like to receive. P.S. The said reward is not available for $1 patrons, and $2/5/30 patrons who join my Patreon after the end of April.
