# Viper
Like I said in one earlier post, I'm starting to create something original. I don't have any concrete idea of names so, for now, I'm just calling him 'Viper'. The leading protagonist of my new project. But I suck at naming and don't have a name for this project yet. (Maybe I'll just lazily call it Project Viper)
The top image is some concepts about this character. I did some other earlier ones but most of them are too messy to read. Here's one of them:

All these concepts will still be modified. Just want to give you guys a heads up to see what I'm wasting my time for *cough*
# About this project
I'm thinking to make some short clips of comics in the future. Since I'm notorious for being inconsistent with my every project, I want to spare more freedom and ease for this one, and treat it like a sandbox game: building a world and let my characters interact with it. No need for a complex story and an ending.
When there are good clips in my mind, I'll draw them into comic pages. When some settings need to be modified, I'll fix them in the next clip, even if it conflicts with my earlier ones. So not only I'll update the comic, but also the world, like gamedev trying to fix bugs for their early-access games.
But there's still one topic, a 'core' to conclude this project. It's about my long-time OTP(Dante/Credo). I've portrayed them for almost a decade and gradually, I knew why I wanted to stick with them. It's already far from the theme of DMC itself LOL. I want to present the 'core' and create a similar relationship into my world. And I'll do my best to make them original.

# 毒蛇
前幾PO有提到我打算回來搞自創。(稿債什麼的反正我差不多要吃土了還有什麼好失去的)(自暴自棄)目前才剛起步,要幫這個角色和作品取什麼名字都沒想好,暫且從角色的造型印象去取名:「毒蛇」,也是本作的第一主角。
首圖是把初步構想具體化的一系列嘗試,先畫個起頭,覺得哪裡不對,複製到隔壁貼上,修改,然後再重複操作,直到畫出喜歡的造型。這些只是在抓整個造型的大方向,之後還會繼續修改。
話說最初我還弄了幾個隨手塗鴉,但塗得太隨性了沒臉見人,目前只有這張可以端出來:

現在的造型設計目標是希望每個角色看起來都像過度性感的大反派。(沒有任何原因,就是爽而已)
# 關於本作
內容型式方面,我不打算弄得很嚴謹,畢竟債台高築的我已經前科累累,實在不宜再搞什麼複雜的劇情或連載。目前想到的方法大概就是:想到某個段子,就爽快畫出來。而這些段子之間不需要有故事連貫性。換個方法來解釋,就像在搞沙盒遊戲一樣:創造一個世界出來,然後就等著看角色們如何和這個世界互動。沒有任何非得達成不可的結局。再換個方法來解釋大概就像哆啦A夢或櫻桃小丸子那樣(也太跳痛)
但另一方面,當某些設定需要修改的時候,我也會毫不猶豫改掉它,哪怕這會讓新段子和舊段子產生矛盾。總之大概就像現今的遊戲團隊老是先放出beta版試水溫,然後不斷推出更新修正bug。因為我也很會製造bug,要創造一個沒bug的世界太困難了。
但這個世界還是圍繞著一個主題,一個「核心」,這個核心和我的OTP有很大的關係。有在追我作品的人多少都知道我很喜歡浪費人生畫沒人看好的蛋丁朵嫂,甚至已經畫快要十年了。也因為這時間拖得太長,讓我有不少時間自問,自己到底幹麻這麼堅持。最後摸索出來的答案「核心」,其實和DMC也算完全脫節了,那為何不乾脆把這個想法變成自創呢?
總之,我想要在這部自創裡面重現這個「核心」。我會盡量強化各方面的考量,讓這個核心變成一部完全屬於我自己的作品。
