## Get old rewards 購買舊的獎勵包 ##

## Watermark 浮水印 ##

Sorry, all of my digital rewards will have a small watermark.

// The only way to get my art without watermark is to buy physical products. 

• Books: You can buy books from Seemoon. Read this tutorial to know how to make an order on Seemoon. 
• POD (print on demand) products: You can order them on society6. (If you prefer to buy products on redbubble, I can also create a shop there.)
• 18+, nudity, and fanart content are not available for ordering on POD shops. (already some exceptions there but it is not wise to submit more)

 ## Charge up Front  立即結帳制度 ##

// What is 'Charge Up Front'? 

Every new and change to a pledge will take effect immediately. Then the next charge will proceed on 1st of every next month. It won't make any difference if you're already a patron and stay in the same tier. It's a good way to avoid users cheating the system.

// 什麼是Charge Up Front？

每名新贊助者、以及變更贊助金額都會立即生效；若已經是我的贊助人且沒有更動贊助金額，這個功能不會對您造成任何影響。Charge up front是一種只針對部份專頁開放的防弊制度。Patreon官方有更詳盡的說明(英文)。不懂英文沒關係，這邊舉例如下：

• 你尚未贊助給我，但想要成為我的贊助人→你在4月25日選擇了任一種會員方案並確定予以贊助→系統會在4月25日當天向你收取該筆贊助金額→系統將會在接下來的每個月1日(5/1,6/1,7/1...)向您收取固定的贊助金額。
• 你已經是我的贊助人，但想升級當更高級的會員→你在4月25日選擇從一鎂會員升級為二鎂會員→系統會在4月25日當天向你收取「會員差價」(以該例計算為2-1=1 USD)→系統將會在接下來的每個月1日(5/1,6/1,7/1...)固定向您收取2 USD。

 ## Declined patrons 拒絕支付帳戶 ##

// My payment status is marked as 'declined'. What does it mean? 

It means that the payment method you choose may be outdated or any reason that Patreon can't successfully charge from you. Patreon will continue to retry your payment throughout the month. Or you can follow the instruction below: 

• If your bank suspects that the Patreon payment is fraudulent, you can call up your bank to confirm the payment is yours and genuine.
• If your payment failed, you can follow these steps, or switch to a different payment method:
  Why did my payment decline? How do I retry my payment?
  How do I update my payment information?
• If you are seeing an international processing fee, you can switch your pledge to a different bank that doesn't charge for international payments.
• You can reach out to the Patreon support team to get account-specific help: Submit a request to Patreon support team 

// 我的支付狀態被標記成declined，這代表什麼意思？

這代表系統無法透過您選擇的付款管道收取款項，Pateon系統會在當月內持續嘗試扣款。無法成功給付的原因可能是您的信用卡或付款帳戶已過期、或沒有足夠的金額等等。如果您仍想繼續收到贊助獎勵，請更改您的付款方式、檢查並更新您的信用卡狀態，或是依照以下步驟解決問題 (如需協助中譯，可以透過私訊、email或在本帖中發問) ：

• 有些銀行或付款機構會認定Patreon為可疑的收費平台，而自行為你取消支付該款項。你可以打電話向該銀行確認這些支付有經過你的許可。
• Patreon官方提供了一些相關說明提供參考：
