Solid book recommendation

Tonight I need to finish up going through the last edit of Apocalypse Cultivation before it heads to the editor, and try to get another chapter of SOO2 done.

This year has sucked. Not only do I need to figure out my AC/heating units replacement, now one of my doors has started to rot. Inside. Need the replaced too.

Sigh.

Anyway, some good news! I saw that my buddy Luke Chmilenko had recently recommended a new book. Since then, I've checked it out and finished it.

The book is excellent and extremely long. If you like my work (and you do or you would't be here), and have liked Luke and Bryce's Iron Prince, and big epics by Brandon Sanderson, you'll love this book.

Again, it's long. The pacing is about at the same speed as Words of Radiance.
