Making of "Next Gen"

All these new fangled words make me do the aging meme! Whatever they are, it looked bizarre them both standing there, seemingly blinded, in the middle of the living room. Definitely one of those "wow, this really is the future" moments.
It comforts me though that however much games change, the 3 classic complaints are always there "I healed!", "I made that jump!" and "it's not fair!"
Everyone has been clamoring for more Kitty Fran and I thought this would be the perfect excuse to bring her back in. There was no way l'il raging Fran wouldn't be cute!
Drawing the tech was a bit of a fart and I think I accidentally gave Vince mismatched headset and controllers. I had the right controllers at the start, but they were a bit small in his tiny hands, so I switched to the larger ones with the rings, failing to realize the headset needed to be changed too. Ah well, free engagement from nerds I guess! π
After I posting, a few people commented reminding me of the 4th classic line "IT'S CHEATING!" That one is so good, I think I'm going to switch out "it's not fair" for that when I repost next year. I have definitely heard myself and kiddos utter it!
