Sketchy Stuff

Hey everybody!

It was brought to my attention that I'd forgotten to upload the majority of last month's pimp sketches, so here's me catching up once again. I blame my being almost constantly sick in some way >.O

Starting with Dank's request for Queen Tyneen (Monkey Wrench) and Samia about to have a go at each other. We never came up with a specific context for the piece, but I suppose there's enough conflict potential in their respective characters and outlook to allow for it.

Next if Fluffcat's big hat lizard in a state of advanced nakedness. This one was supposed to showcase the tail-to-torso connection.

Kesy requested an image of his and a friend's character in a specific in-joke, based on two anime tropes. I leaned into the styles that were provided to see how closely I could emulate them in my given time frame.

And finally, Packetloss went for a their kobold caster shrinking "a couple' anons", as they put it. Given the theme, I decided to make it her party and a bit of an oops moment, because magic miscasts are funny.

That should be all the ones that still needed uploading from March. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, even if I still catch myself constantly busting my time limit, but the lot of you should be used to that from me by now X3

However, there's still other sketches too!

In our HSD campaign, our resident physician recently got married to their partner. It was a sweet scene that we all enjoyed and, despite the fact our GM felt he dropped the ball on it, we all got to have our character moments and Cici' got to have a wonderful evening.

The next morning everyone woke rather rudely to an urgent call that had the crew up after only a few hours of sleep. Given everyone else was also hungover from the reception, Honour forgot who she was talking to on the comms for a moment, resulting in this exchange (in reality, her player literally mistook my voice for that of her boyfriend's character player, so it has a meta element, but I choose to consider this as a canon thing, because given the circumstances, it's entirely reasonable Honour would also have been out of it at that moment X3)

And finally, another day or so later, we discovered someone had bugged large parts of our ship. Having taken apart one of the listening devices and run an analysis on the contents by Horizon, the resulting conversation had Keira get protective of her privacy again. You'd think they'd know how reserved she is, yet they always act so surprised when she starts to show some teeth 9w9

Anyway, that should be everything in regards to sketches - for now.

I'm working on the sketch suggestion image and will hopefully have a bit more to show for myself later today aswell.

Royal Escort is also coming along and I like what the experimentation brought, but I'm likely still going to be playing around with it a bit.
