July Patreon Build Release date and plans for the future of the project.

Hello there guys, are you all right? 

So, this month, my Tier3+ patrons decided to vote for me choosing whatever I want to do with the game, and as much as I want to write more for Karnal and Wagner, there's some work to be done on Day3.Json for Karnal. I have already done day1.JSON and Day2.JSON but Day3 is bigger than both previous days. Karnal needs a lot of new expressions and animations to be done, and on Day3.JSON the new cutscene for him needs to be added, and since I already have the sketch for that scene maybe I'll need to re-write it.

After finishing combing through that day, changing lots of dialogues, and adding new animations for Karnal, if I still have time, I will add and program the second Bonding Scene picture on the Gallery. And there are some changes I want to do there too. This month's private  Patreon Build will be released on the 29th of July which is a Friday, you guys will have the weekend to grab the build before the month closes.


If for some miracle I finish combing through the days before day 20 which I doubt I will be able to (by experience, I tend to find so many mistakes and having to re-write entire sequences in the game, that it takes ages to comb through all of those dialogues. 


I will count every single dialogue changed and how many routes and dialogues in total the Day3.JSON has for Karnal too at the end of the combing, so you all can see how much stuff I had to individually analyze, and change option by option to fix it if needed. 


Believe me, when I say, the days on this game are getting exponentially bigger and harder to do without making mistakes, I will probably have to comb through all of the days again by the end of development just to make sure all the text is flawless, all speakers are in place, all scenes play out correctly and so on. 


For now, this is what I'm planning for the next build and remember:  If you want to vote for August Build content, you need to upgrade your tier to a Tier3 patron, but only do that by next month since there are no pools for this month opened for now.



Anyway, I already did a ton of work today, and I need to do more by tomorrow, and I want to ensure the quality of the work so I won't have to keep doing this every year. For the love of God, I hope I won't have to comb through every route again in this lifetime. Haha.


I hope you all can have a good week. Thank you so much for the new patrons this month, it's because of all of you, old and new patrons that I'm almost reaching the first goal of this project, which means I'm doing something right, and I really hope you all enjoy the current story for the game.


For the next month's pool, I'm thinking of adding the option to start writing the Bonding PLOT routes for the game (which starts on the Second day Aiden is on the resort, but the game itself calls that day - Day 3), those routes are very important because they contain the root of the personality and personal life of the characters, Both Karnal, Wagner and Aiden (and then, eventually the third character route), have very personal conversations, about life, their job and what make them be the way they are. For Aiden especially, he will have a specific part of his personal life mentioned in those routes, Wagner will focus more on Family while Karnal will focus more on the professional life, the third character will focus more on Friendship and love life, and that's just a way for you as the player to be able to connect with them and also discover that the protagonist which you play as is more than a horny guy who's just traveling and eying out some hot dogs and sexy tigers. 


For now, though, those routes aren't created nor do they exist in the game, and they can only be accessed if you have a perfect score with the characters (but don't worry, a cheat sheet will be made for you to access those routes when they are available). And if possible, if I make enough money to do so, I want to add some special backgrounds with cute and wholesome scenes for the characters on those routes, but that's not a thing for now.


And the last aspect of these routes is that I want to make them as big as possible, which means they will be at least half the size of the entire day, they should be routes where the characters have deep conversations about serious stuff, and where they will actually bond as people, to become more than "Just Friends" maybe? Who knows?!


Anyway, this is it for now. There's a lot I want for this game, and as you all know, I work on it alone, I have no one to read what I write but myself, and I have no one to help find bugs in the game but myself. Hell, sometimes you guys check the changelog and see bugs fixed that even you all didn't know the game had! But even so, I know I'll be able to finish this game with you guys' help, so thank you all for your support.
