The Voleia's festival minigames have been added!
Vanille now has a small intro and improved behavior
New Sablee NPCs have been added
Some freeze frame effects have been improved
Improved/added Biscotti related NPCs
New dialogue has been added
Removed a noise that would play when clicking on empty space in alchemy
SMASH is a bit funnier
Fixed cutscene 35 (Vanille cutscene)
Fixed Voleia's festival music
Added a blink effect on overrank witches in Auria tower (not perfect but will do for now!)
Fixed a bug that would let you bypass the inventory limit (and eventually crash the game). The bug was triggered by dropping as many items as you could but not leaving the inventory, unequipping everything you could, then getting the dropped items back
Many smash related improvements, auto smash works better
Sablee, Biscotti and Night dome treasure counts are fixed
Various SFX related added / improved
Credits have been added
Added an outline on Foxfire
Fixed a crash related to an oyon selection chain being created in the same frame a fight ends
Reverted the fullscreen toggle on demand (F6) to debug mode only since it can cause crashes when triggered in the same frame as surface related operations (when a fight ends, when a menu is opened / closed, this sort of thing)
Fixed skills becoming unavailable after use for the wrong character if selecting a character other than the party leader in the pre battle screen
Improved Swap swipe to now have even odds among all enemy spells, with a few special exceptions (Klehss's PISSED OFF for example)
Fixed a bookmark related crashMenu tips have been rewritten
Updated/new character sprites (Black outline for most characters, Cerelea, Lamia, Imp and Dragon have their new sprite in the game)
Renamed Tiger girl to Naluie
Directional keys can now be used in the Character select, Amplification and Revival menus
Added new tracks
updated some previous tracks
Various smaller fixes

I also fixed the links in the intro screen by using an extension. There is a chance it might get flagged as a false positive by your antivirus though. If I get enough reports of this, I will looking into a different solution. If you prefer, here is a linkless and extensionless version (everything else is exactly the same):

Several things have been fixed, including a crash!
Since I haven't seen any issues about the link extension, there won't be a linkless version this time.
The Confetti ball (and Target smash as it turns out) crash has been fixed!
The credits have been updated so clicking affects the scrolling speed (mouse wheel still works too)
An item bouncer has been added behind the kitchen counter
The dopberry quest text has been fixed
The Night dome treasure count has been fixed! (It was actually correct, but the green treasure chest near the top left gear puzzle was counting for 2 because of a bug!)

No worries! It's a fair thing to ask. I needed to make sure the game had very strong foundations first so more content could be added easily later (it's basically 4 games in 1, so I had to be careful). Boobs will be relevant in the main story at key moments and when applicable, but otherwise I do need to focus on the events for the story to progress, meaning a lot of the BE content will be semi optional in that you'll make the game harder for yourself if you don't do it ^^ The main BE element is already implemented with Amplification and each playable character getting 5 ranks (+1 in the final version of the game), but I agree that this isn't enough. With the more recent builds I've been slowly adding more boob related stuff through item descriptions and dialogue, and I'm only planning to add more! The ranked up chibi sprites are part of it, but I also have something special in mind that should be very satisfying to all BE enjoyers and will make BE much more frequent throughout the game, though this will be a fair amount of work and so will take some time to implement. I'll touch on that in a future devlog once it becomes relevant ^^ Other than that, I'll also take other opportunities to add more BE / boob related lore / events when applicable. So the short answer is that I mostly focused on gameplay first and will add more BE content asap, which have have big plans for!

Right now, there's exactly one scene in the entire game with BE (when Vuu first ranks up) with maybe 10 lines of dialog. You could possibly include some of Vanille's dialog about crystal heart disease as a half point (off-screen, in the past). Other then that, you have a very adorable, fun game which just happens to have two difficulty sliders that happens to also be a boob size slider. Vuu (and all the player chars) can walk around with boobs twice the size of their head and none of the NPCs even comment! Really, the game is fun and cute enough that I think you could have lots of appeal outside the fetish-bait subgenre by just setting all the characters at size 1-2 and tweaking some of the dialog a bit. Well, this was long winded, and You've probably answered this elsewhere, but I've not seen it that I can remember.
