Age of the Hunter

This continues my Hyaenodon kick, which have stood out to me among the extinct Cenozoic mammals and I just wanna draw more of them... This is also the last piece I finished in 2023, finally uploaded! With all the unrefined sketching I've been doing since the beginning of the year, I wanted to post the finished stuff more slowly so I didn't end up with a huge gap between them. We'll see what good that even does me :P

2024-07-16 22:45:33 +0000 UTCThe beautiful sky is ambiguous whether it's morning or evening, making me think crepuscular hunting is preferred, I imagine it might get warm during the day. For a challenge, I propose trying a glyptodont at some point 😉.
