My goals for this year
Added 2021-01-10 03:36:09 +0000 UTCHey, so, here's a general update for the patreon gang.
Since my mom's car accident back in September last year, she's made quite a bit of progress. But she's still reliant on me to take her places and do her shopping for her. Long story short, my extended family doesn't want to be involved in my mom's recovery, so as it stands it's just me helping her along. I ~think~ we're over the rough of it though. She's functioning without a body brace or an arm sling so that's great news.
In terms of my mental health it's not been great. With the terrorist mobs storming capitols in my surrounding states has been an extra piece of stress on top of the pandemic situation we're still facing here in the US. My creative drive is spiked and dropped into the gutters every other day but I'm working on keeping a consistent flow of work.
Back when the covid pandemic first started I had said I'm going to allow content from all of my tiers to be viewed by all of my patrons as a means saying "thank you" to all of my patrons and hopefully make hard times like these alittle gentler. That still holds true today. My patreon will only go back to how it was previously structured once W.H.O determines the covid pandemic is under control.
The most important part of this post, being the art and the art I'm currently working on! My recent milestone in regards to learning Blendr has been very slow. I haven't had a lot of time to absorb the new program yet because of my responsibilities to my mom's recovery. But it *is* still happening. I'm just a perfectionist that dislikes showing "flawed" work. I'll try to be about posting some renders in the coming weeks.
Thank you again all for sticking with me this long. It does mean a lot to me that you're continuing to support me while I hone my artistic skill.
