This release mainly touches on some of the commonly requested improvements and changes to sex autonomy and nudity features.

Maxis has announced a free holiday pack coming to Sims 4 this month which will be released with a patch. I don't think the patch will change anything critical so you should not worry about mods breaking too much.

I'm trying to be more proactive with bug reports for the game itself since I spend most of the time digging through the game code, and help Maxis fix some of the common issues. This benefits all of us and there are only a few modders that have this kind of insight into how the game runs. Hopefully this will be worth it.

These commands fix Sims outfits by regenerating duplicated identifiers to avoid issues with outfit identification. Although I can't confirm if this makes any difference, it might help your Sims that are having problems with outfits.

If you still have a Sim with stuck tattoos, try using this command. Instead of artificially removing them and causing more issues, this command puts empty placeholders for any tattoo a Sim has. You will be required to reapply the tattoos on the Sim, after using this command, but at least you won't have problems with them anymore.

Removing the bottom limit for 'NPC Sims Relationship Modifier' allows you to set it to something like -1000 which blocks sex autonomy between NPC Sims, if this is something you want to do.

Sex Autonomy

It's a new autonomy trigger! And naming this one properly was a little bit difficult.

The "Travel Sex" Autonomy Trigger is used when your Sim travels to a different lot, zone, or world. When visiting a gym, bar, or someone's house, you might discover that Sims are already doing it. Great opportunity to take a peek. 👀

The result of this trigger depends on the Sims that are already on the lot. When you're visiting a residential lot, it's much more likely to encounter sex because of the Sims living there. Public lots are less likely simply because there will be less Sims when visiting, and it's in public.

Sims that are in your household or that are traveling with you are excluded from this autonomy trigger. It would be odd to go somewhere and see your Sim already having sex at the destination location.

You can disable this trigger and tweak the probably of it by using the "Travel Sex Switch" setting and the "Travel Sex Probability" setting in Sex Autonomy Specifics.

Sims will now have sex in public spots, that are outside lots, on the ground, like on a beach, or in a bush. There are 65 manually selected places in 29 different zones, including the Sixam world, secret locations, and vacation locations. It's better than picking any random bench outside.

For outside lots sex to work, you need to have the "Outside Lots Style Locations" enabled in the "Autonomy Location Styles" settings, which is disabled by default.

Sex Autonomy Signs are Build/Buy objects that you can place anywhere on your lot to affect how Sex Autonomy works.

By placing the "No Sex Permitted On Lot" signs, you affect all Sims on the lot by banning any sex interactions. If you want to prevent Sims from attempting sex on a specific lot, put this sign anywhere on the lot and it will take effect.

But if you still want specific room to allow sex, place the "Sex Permitted In Room" signs. They permit sex per room, which means that if you ban sex on the entire lot, you can create rooms with exceptions that allow sex.

And if you want to ban sex just in specific rooms, use the "No Sex Permitted In Room" sign. Placing this sign in a room will prevent Sims from attempting sex in that room.

You think these signs are ugly or don't fit the style of your room? Fear not! Use the **INVISIBLE** version of the sign. Invisible signs will disappear after placing but will continue to work like the regular sign. And if you want to remove it, opening Build/Buy will make them reappear.

If you want to avoid Sims performing sex on the floor/ground, you can now use a hidden interaction to do it. Disabling Sex Autonomy for Floors will prevent Sims from picking any floor sex locations on the current lot. You can disable sex on the floor per lot.

To use this cheat, enable 'testingcheats' and Shift+Click on the floor. The interaction is available under the 'Wicked' category.

The distance from which Sims detect sex to join has been doubled and now it can be altered in Autonomy Specifics settings. Sims don't need to see sex happening to join it, they can sense it! increasing this number will make Sims see sex from even further away and decide to join.

This is an attempt to increase the chance of NPC Sims asking a playable Sim for sex. The main issue with this is how NPC Sims sex pairs differ from playable Sims sex pairs. Relationships between NPC Sims are built artificially to create some random sex occurrences, but for playable Sims, these relationships have to be built manually. Because of that, playable Sims relationships are always weaker, making them too unlikely to be selected. 

Collecting Sims and pairing them for sex has now been split into two separate pools. One pool is for exclusively NPC Sims pairs, and the other is for pairs that contain at least one playable Sim.

Then these two pool are interleaved, which means that they are evenly mixed together to create a 50/50 distribution, a little like how card riffle shuffle works. This allows for better results of selecting a playable Sim pair when picking a pair for sex autonomy.

So far, cold weather was the only thing discouraging Sims from attempting sex outdoors, but now, harsh thunder and killer lightnings will have something to say as well.


Sex General

Have you ever been "busy" in shower and someone else entered as if you don't exist? Happens all the time! Anyway, objects used for sex will now be reserved, which means that Sims outside sex won't be able to use them. This can be disabled with the "Sex Location Reservation" setting, if you need to do it for some reason.

Changing location during sex can now be limitless, allowing you to move anywhere on the whole zone.


Sex Reactions

If you want to create sex interactions without other Sims around reacting to it, use can use this cheat. This way you can make Sims perform sexual acts and avoid everybody freaking out about it.

To use this cheat, enable 'testingcheats' and Shift+Click on your Sim. The interaction is available under the 'Wicked' category. The Sim that creates the sex interaction is the target for this cheat.

Nudity Autonomy

Nudity Autonomy Signs are Build/Buy objects that you can place anywhere on your lot to affect how Nudity Autonomy works.

By placing the "Nudity Permitted In Room" signs, you affect Sims nudity autonomy behavior by allowing them to be nude per room the sign is placed in. Place this sign in a room and any Sim in that room will be able to undress without any shame. This is great if you want to create community showers or naked hot springs.

The default behavior of this sign is to allow nudity without limits, but switching the "Nudity Permitted Autonomy Signs Influence" setting off will cause this sign to permit nudity per room, rather than unlock nudity skill limits. This means that if you ban nudity on the entire lot, you can create rooms with exceptions that allow nudity.

How do you ban nudity on the entire lot? By placing the "No Nudity Permitted On Lot" signs. These affect all Sims on the lot by banning any undressing interactions. If you want to prevent Sims from getting naked on a specific lot, put this sign anywhere on the lot and it will take effect.

But if you want to ban undressing just in specific rooms, use the "No Nudity Permitted In Room" sign. Placing this sign in a room will prevent Sims from undressing in that room. You can use it to force Sims to dress up as well, as every Sim that enters a room with this sign will be forced to dress up.

Making 'Flash' clubs targeted towards specific clubs is now possible! I'm not entirely sure how much use you will get from this, but I hope it's going to be fun.


Nudity Underwear

The underwear system was reworked to be a lot more flexible. Now you can finally remove underwear from Sims per outfit, by just undressing it from the mannequin. In addition, if you want your male Sim to wear a bra, you can do it, but the clothing has to match the masculine body frame.

Optimized for performance and fixed issues with morphing.

Nudity Reactions

If you want your Sim to never be seen as nude, enable this cheat on them. This can be helpful if you want your Sims walking around naked without disturbing everybody. Maybe a restaurant with nude servers, or a strip club?

To use this cheat, enable 'testingcheats' and Shift+Click on your Sim. The interaction is available under the 'Wicked' category.


Nudity Settings

With the introduction of the Body Selector, the Nudity Assurance Switch setting lost its purpose. In addition, any outfit can be used as a nudity outfit with full sex functionality.

The game has an issue with caching pool seats positional data, which should be fixed in the next game patch, but I made a hack to prevent it from happening for now.

Hey! I'm aware of this issue and I spend time testing it with multiple users to resolve it. I think it should be resolved in the next update, very very soon. One thing you can do to fix it, is open the 'Animations Disabler' menu, and then close it right after.

With this update my sims won't have sex unless its solo. Can anyone help please. I've gone through all the settings and nothing is different form what they've always been. NPC can ask for sex but then the "sex" and "Climax" dialog boxs are missing. The only options are "Next" "Strap-on" and "Clothing"

Hey! Apologies for the late reply. I asked TURBO about your questions and this is what he said. He said he'd get the issue with Sims not undressing fixed. Has it been fixed with his latest release? He hasn't tested the difference between male and female undressing to see whether one undresses to underwear and the other not undressing to underwear. So at this point, he isn't sure about that. He doesn't see much reason or use in Sims stripping to just their underwear, so he doesn't plan on adding anything for them to do so [However, if you get more people who want this same thing, he may reconsider ;)] And for the last thing, he said that clubs don't need any extra help or initiative to undress but in extreme situations the Nudist lot trait can make a difference.

Hey! I seem to be having a problem with nudity not occurring on my feminine male. When I undress all my other players it works but the fem male still has his underwear on? :( I tried playing around and testing different skintones/penis mods and the lunar eclipse one seemed to work but the skintone around the penis and butt was white.... Any idea on why that could be happening? I just cleaned out my mods and cc folder but redownloaded everything from your page because of all the updates.

Is there any way to get other sims to stop reacting to cum on a sim that is outside of your household? I just installed the Get Famous Expansion and everything seems to work fine until I try to play Venessa Jeong's household. It just stays in the loading screen minute after minute. All my mods are updated and everything. I made sure to move all my mods to a back up folder while it was installing. Anyone else getting this issue?

Is it possible to get the game to recognize that being nude, or partially nude, is comfortable in hot weather and uncomfortable in cold? Seems you overheat when naked, if you undressed from an outfit other than your hot weather outfit, and you're fine butt naked in a blizzard, as long as you stripped from your cold weather outfit.

If my sim asks another sim who is fully dressed to "get naked" they will take off an item of clothing. If they have one item of clothing off and I ask again to "get naked" they agree but then don't take anything off. Also, I was making some observations about sim behavior when it comes to naturalism/exhibition. I noticed that my male who is (naturalism 5) will autonomously take of his outfit but seems to keep his underwear on. Compared to my female (naturalism 4) who will strip completely. Female (naturalism 5) will strip completely. On this subject, I have been looking for a setting to allow my females to strip to their underwear and stop. Is it possible to add a setting to allow that?

Hello! I'll write the answers in order because a couple of your questions required ingame research. 1) There are a couple settings I can think of for this. One is under "WickedWhims Settings &gt; Sex Settings &gt; Autonomy Settings &gt; Autonomy Triggers" where you can uncheck Travel Sex Switch if you don't want NPC Sims having sex when you travel. Uncheck Outside Lots Style Locations and Outdoors Style Locations in "WickedWhims Settings &gt; Sex Settings &gt; Autonomy Settings &gt; Autonomy Specifics &gt; Autonomy Location Styles" and that may help as well. As far as I know, besides the new sex signs, TURBODRIVER hasn't added a setting to completely turn off public sex. I have the issue of the same Sim asking my Sim for sex every few minutes, even though I've rejected them every time. Can you blacklist pairings that have been rejected for a certain cooldown period so that they won't be chosen for autonomy again? I don't want to reduce the sex autonomy frequency. I just don't want the same Sim asking my Sim for sex over and over again even though I've already rejected them.

Just a footnote I did not find out until after I went through this that studio lots are different depending on the gig and are different for each gig I think that may have been the problem with trying to place the sign on the lot.

One thing I have found is that you cannot place "No Sex" signs on a movie studio lot! After I did the makeup and wardrobe managers would not stop having sex for 6 hours and then there was not enough time to complete the quest. "Stop That" did not work, resetting them through MCCommand did not work, and I also tried several other methods of stopping them that failed as well. I finally quit the game, did a repair, and then needed to remove the Wicked folder in the save game folder to get it back to normal.

Hey! Sucks to hear that, I still don't know how can you cause data to go away to test it. Selecting 'Default' means that there is no body part selected and the default one is applied. All of individual Sims data is saved in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves\WickedWhimsMod" and then any file that starts with "sim_".

Hey! You'd need animations from Amra72 and ooOLaLaWorld. After the Sims watch animations in play, it should trigger. It's based on a probability setting in Autonomy Specifics, however. It hasn't actually been tested in a while, however.

Hey! I fixed the version test, thanks for mentioning it. What the assistant page is telling is pretty much all that can be said. You can try removing CC objects you have, the might be causing it, but it might be the game itself having issues as well. There isn't much that can be read from the LE file itself.

Hi! I have been getting a recurring LE error for a while now, which according to the lastexception website is an "Animation Missing Transform Joint Error". I'm wondering what I can do to fix this? Also, now a new one just popped up and it states that WickedWhims is outdated (I literally just updated to this version and all of my animations are up to date). Just a suggestion Turbo - is there any chance of updating the WW help page with more detail on the new more complex sex settings? There's been a lot of changes since the current help section was written. Particularly around the effect of changing the seed values of autonomy specifics, like sex pairs and locations etc. There is currently very little guidance for us and I feel changing these is pretty much just guess work at the moment. But loving the mod all the same :)

Reacting to sex has become OP again in version 4.3.5.138.3. If you have a sim en route to have sex and they pass by others having sex it cancels the sex, and makes your sim go watch the other sex.

Nice update Turbo. Being able to change sex locations to anywhere on the lot is fantastic. I can't tell you how many times I regretted my sex location decision and stopping sex to change it would have just killed the mood. About the signs I was wondering if it would be possible to make personal room signs. Like if a sim claimed a room sign (like a bed) it would increase their autonomy chance of having sex in that room while banning others from having sex in it. This way no one is randomly having sex in your bedroom except you.

Anyone else having Climax problems. 2 WW updates ago, it was ok. Now (with same settings and full progression to be enabled), sex just keeps going for what seems like an eternity, with no dialog option for Climax.

Hey! With the new Body Selector system this got a little bit problematic, since the bodies have to be prepared to be displayed to avoid any inconsistency. Still, things like accessories, tattoos, and so on should be kept as long as you set the 'Complete Undressing Type' setting to 'Default' instead of 'Special'. That setting is under Nudity Settings -&gt; Outfit Settings.

Only (And I hope not to disturb) I have a question: As in this update, the Nudity Assurance Switch has been removed, and I used the Outfit Tool to make the nude costume for my Sim (Which had accessories, tattoos, horns, tail, etc.) and so they will not be removed in the complete nude, and now you can not, I would like to know if you could take away the doubt of how could it now be done? Hey! If you Sims spend most of the time downstairs, the chance of them using object upstairs is lowered just because it's further away. Without being able to test it myself, there is no way to tell. You can try using the 'ww.test_sex_autonomy_locations' which tells you more info about every individual room in your house, but I don't think it will help you much.

Not related to this particular update, but I wonder if you have any ideas. I have a home I designed from scratch, which looks like a converted barn. Downstairs is the living space, an open floor plan with only 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and indoor pool room as discrete rooms, everything else is defined simply by what furnishings are there. Upstairs is the bedrooms, a bathroom, and big outdoor patio. The question is, my sims have done the nasty on pretty much EVERYTHING downstairs, but they never, ever, choose an upstairs location autonomously. They'll go to bed, use the plumbing, grill on the patio, use the computer, whatever. But they never choose upstairs for sex on their own-- any idea why?

Just saw something that was probably unintended. I enabled the new option to have sex randomly start when first coming onto a lot. I had a sim call me up for a date, when the lot loaded up, the sim I was on a date with was pulled to start up sex with a random sim, which cancelled my date. Would it be possible to add a check to make sure the random sim isn't in a group with you?

Hey! Thanks! The exhibitionism skill level does already increase the chance of risky, outdoor, and public locations being picked. Risky and Outdoor locations are by default considered as "high risk of getting caught" so the exhibitionism skill contributes to them being more likely. It doesn't mean that they will be picked primarily over other location styles, but it makes risky locations possible to be picked.

Some great additions to WW there, but... I've got high autonomy set for my sex club gathering and I'm constantly having to use ww.stopsex because of the message "An issue with a running sex interaction was detected". In fact it's quickly filling up my notification wall. The npc sims just seem to stand there occupying the same space and blinking in and out. Any advice most welcome.

Ok, did find an issue, I used the reserve system and it seems to have issues with when a mirror is placed behind a sink since they both have reservable spots, when npc sims try to use the mirror location it causes spamming of "there was a problem with the animation, trying to reset". I tried using next, switching the animation etc. Once mirror was moved to open location on wall same animations worked with no errors.

I am not sure if you saw the comment I made on the last release but I asked for something very similar to those signs to be able to control autonomy for certain lots instead of the whole world. This is PERFECT! Also thank you for disabling autonomy while filming. I would just go in and shut it off then turn it back on aftewards but this makes it much easier! Great update TD. Thank you very much! :) Hey I was also wondering if you messed with autonomy for death? I used to be able to flirt my way into his cloak and get him to be a naughty deity but no more shall he relent.
