今日はたいきを描いていました。

あとはあかると後ろの人物を描いたら完成！明日完成させたいです💪

Today I was drawing Taiki.

All that's left now is to draw Akaru and the person behind him and it'll be complete! I'd like to finish it tomorrow 💪

⚡8/13 Update

今日はここまで

背景を進めていて８割完成。あとは背景の人物と３人です。

焼き鳥を描いてました。リアルにしすぎたかなｗ まだ調整します。

明日は夕方から出かけるのでそれまでに更新出来たらと思います😀

I've been working on the background and it's about 80% complete. All that's left is the background characters and three other characters.

I was drawing yakitori. I think I made it too realistic lol. I'll still be tweaking it.

I'm heading out tomorrow evening, so I hope to be able to update by then. 😀

⚡8/11 Update

色がある程度決まりました！たぶんいい感じ　清書に入っていきます。

この夏祭りは浴衣を着た３人の時と同じ時系列です。なので以前描いたかき氷たいきの時になります😖

The colors are more or less set! I think it's looking good, so I'll move on to the final draft.

This summer festival is in the same timeline as the one with the three boys in yukata. So it's the time of the shaved ice festival I drew previously😖

祭り！

次は夏祭りを描きます。夏祭りは何度も何度も描こうとして挫折したお題です。

なぜなら３人以外にも沢山の人がいるという点。少し離れて人がいない所を描くで問題は解決ですが、そんな安易なことをしたくないｗ

今回は俯瞰のアングルで３人をアップにして、周りの人達は腰下しか見せないような構図にしました。そしてもう一つの問題は色です。

夜のお祭り特有のあのライティングが好きなので、それを落とし込むのがめちゃくちゃに難しい...まだ色が決まりません。花火を見せずに花火を見ている３人を上手く表現したいです！

今日はこれから出かけるのでまた後日更新します。来週は４日ほど用事があるのと仕事もバタつきそうなので少し進みが悪くなりそうです。

この絵の完成は再来週予定になります😅 物凄い調子が良かったらもっと早く完成するかもしれませんが　ではまた！

Festival!

Next I'll draw a summer festival. Summer festivals are a theme I've tried to draw many times but have given up on.

The reason is that there are so many other people besides the three of them. The problem could be solved by drawing a little distance away where there are no people, but I don't want to take that easy route lol.

This time I chose a bird's-eye view angle with a close-up of the three of them, with the people around them only showing their waists. Another problem is the color.

I love the lighting that's unique to festivals at night, so capturing that is incredibly difficult... I haven't decided on the color yet. I want to effectively portray the three of them watching the fireworks without showing them!

I'm heading out now, so I'll update again later. I have errands to run for about four days next week, and work is looking hectic, so progress will likely be a little slow.

I plan to finish this drawing the week after next 😅 If I'm feeling really good, I might finish it sooner, but see you next time!
