Patron Benefits updates+ Changes coming in 2025(SR AND SSR TIERS PLEASE READ)

These changes mainly only affect those in the SR and SSR Tiers (5+ 10 USD tiers)

Bi annual Commission changes:

So starting with the big one, for those who don't know I am currently drawing full time and this year has been a lot of me figuring out how to pace myself and get all the work I need to finish done without killing myself while also still making enough money to live. And as those of you who have gotten them from me before, usually that comes at the expense of me taking forever to actually get around to patron commissions. I've had to think through this a lot on what I can do to make sure I still have some kind of "free" commission as a benefit.

My solution is to limit it from 2 per year to only ONE per year. This is why I didn't implement them at the start of the current set from July, to just not cause confusion on when exactly that "Annual" part starts. The next set will open once I have all of the ones from the July-December 2024 finished. My hope is the start of January but it may very well be middle January. Nothing else changes in regards to the submission process, same form and all that.(Upgrades will still be available as an option, but I'll make a post fully confirming how they work when I reopen in January)

To not have it just be me taking away something, the type of commission for each tier will be changing.

 The SR/ $5 Tier will still be getting a sketch commission but theyll be more inline with the recent "practices" I've been doing where they have a tiny bit of rendering rather than just the very messy sketches from the past

The SSR Tier Patrons will now get a No Background 3/4 body Commission rather than a bust commission

Last major change will be to the SSR tier again, the monthly illustration packs will now be every other month, this change just comes from me knowing that sometimes there's not too much substantial stuff in them month to month(Didn't even bother doing one for November knowing I finished like 3 non commission works)

I hope you all do understand why I'm making these changes and I do apologize on this post mostly being bad news. Most of these benefits I had come up with during a different time in my life and a time where I had a lot less patrons and a lot less of a work load overall. Doing Bi annual commissions was great when I had about 3 people submit per set, but doing 30+ extra commissions over a year adds up and for me to continue doing this I have to prioritize myself in this situations. I do thank everyone who has currently submitted and is waiting for me to get to theirs, not sure if I will get through all of them before the end of the year but I will try my best to have at least started all of them

I am trying to invest into getting a decently good PC after the holidays are over, and with that my hope is to finally have something that can stream well, if that goes well I am definitely going to try and have patron only art streams or timelapses become a regular thing, but I don't want to set that in stone until that does happen. Because if I'm still stuck with my current laptop for a bit longer, those things are still a bit out of the cards.
