Wings of Empire update

With day 17 complete, the main story content of Act I is done. I've still got a fair chunk of work to do before it gets its public debut, but I'm happy with how things are coming together. The goal is a public release in early March 2025.

The central harem have now all been introduced, and you've gotten to know Valeria, Cass, Keira, and your Wingmates.

What's in so far and what's left to do?

For anyone who's played Love of Magic or Morningstar, it's clear that bars tend to feature heavily in my games. This remains true in Wings of Empire, where the Bubble bar on 10th floor hosts a lot of dialog where you get to know your partners better. Astrid's first story-arch is complete, now I need to do the same for Arya and Amber.

I'm right now adding the optional gym sandbox content; Astrid, Amber and Arya all have their opening acts there, now I just need to do the same for Keira and Ao.

Finally I need to set up the Simulator room for all the girls; right now it's just Amber that has content there.

One thing that will NOT be part of Act I is the combat system; that is going in as part of my first update afterwards, and will be done before I complete Act II. For Wings of Empire I am planning a turn-based tactical space-combat system inspired by the X-Wing miniature boardgame and the space combat in WH40K Rogue Trader.

Right now the only spicy scene is with Astrid; the goal is that Amber and Arya will have their first spicy scenes as well before it hits Act I. Other characters will of course take longer to join the action.
