so ik you read what tammy said. and they’re right about everything. nobody’s forcing you to stay a fan. if that’s the reason you think they’re losing their “uniqueness” then you were never truly a fan in the first place 😂. THREE english songs within almost 11 years isn’t gonna kill you. respectfully, you sound a bit ungrateful. there’s no issue with them wanting to explore english more (since they’re actually learning the language). it’s called expanding and experimenting. you should be happy that bts has released as much content and music as they have because they didn’t have to. with all they’ve been through, they could’ve called it quits. but because they love army, they didn’t. the least you can do is respect that instead of criticizing them. because that’s exactly what you’re doing whether you realize it or not. again, if you think they’ve lost their game or whatever you wanna call it, the door is open for you to exit. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Really love the song. I think it's the most "upbeat/pop" song we ever have from Tae but still with that neo-soul vibe. The MV is actually crazy, love the cynicism and aesthetic. I believe you can get your own interpretation regarding what you relate to :)

If you think they’re only releasing English songs then you haven’t been paying attention. Only two members have released singles that have been in English: JK and Taehyung, and both of them have always been fond of singing in English from covers to songs like Winter Bear. Regarding the group, they’ve still only ever released THREE singles in English. Three singles in the span of an almost 11 year career so to say they’re becoming more “westernized” because they released three English singles in the span of ONE YEAR to occupy time during the pandemic is kind of crazy. Since then 5 out of the 7 members have all released albums that have featured Korean (4 of those mainly in Korean) and I’m sure once Jin is back and releases his album, it will mainly be in Korean as well given what he’s released in the past. BTS’s last group album was BE and with the exception of Dynamite was all in Korean. The three new songs on the Anthology album that came out in 2022 were in Korean. Take Two that came out last year was in Korean. So to say they’ve lost their authenticity and became sellouts because two members have released English singles during their solo era and BTS released three English singles 3/4 years ago doesn’t seem right to me. Did I personally care for the three English singles back in 2020/2021? No, not really, and to be fair, not all of the members wanted to release those songs either and were probably looking forward to getting to make the music they wanted to make before enlistments started. But I think that’s a testament to how much this does still mean to them because I don’t know how you can listen to JITB or D-Day or Face or Indigo or watch any of their album making documentaries and think they’ve changed that much. There is visual media showing how much of themselves they put into their albums and how personal the writing process and their lyrics were. Everything that people loved about them before as artists is still very much there. I’m sad for you that you can’t, or aren’t willing to, see that anymore.

there are many interpretations for the mv. first things first, taetae killed it (per usual). he looks soooo pretty 🤭. a lot of people are interpreting it as friends who want to be together but at the end of the day, it won’t work out. others are interpreting it as self love, hence why there were two tae’s at the end. and then some delusional fans are trying to determine his sexuality for him, just because there were queer couples in the mv which is so fucking annoying 🙄. we all know that bts are ally’s of the lgbtq+ community. they’ve openly expressed that many times. but to try and put words into his mouth when he didn’t directly say it is what makes it embarrassing to have certain people in our fandom. anyways, thanks for the reaction guys <3 💜
