It doesn't exist in english, but imagine it like if y'all said 'good evening' and shii to each other like y'all Dracula or sum. Basically it's very weird among friends.

But it's not worth your time so please don't watch it. They changed the entire story and removed/added characters. This anime is loyal to the original manga, so the ride is crazy but it all makes sense in the end 😅
