Here's my first painting of 2024! ๐ฅฐ๐
Thank you for helping me choose the colour palette for this piece! I wanted to paint a painting based on the year of the dragon; which is the wood dragon! ๐ชต Since pink was included in the palette, I wanted to incorporate plum blossoms into the painting! So I decided to design the dragon inspired by a plum blossom! I know plum blossom trees don't accurately look like that, but I had to make changes to fit the narrative ๐
Overall, I really enjoyed painting this piece! I had so much fun figuring out how to combine the pinks with the green palette ๐ฅฐ
