Although the romance part of the show is great and is very much highlighted throughout the series, what's more prevalent is her growth as an attorney. Everyone else is just "second" that help her grow either as an attorney or personally as an individual whether it be negative or positive. Also the cases in this show are based off of real cases to some degree, so it will incorporate laws that are generally known or laws that are specifically of the Korean judicial system. ( I would equate this show to something like "MONK" an Amercian detective show were the main character has OCD, but is smart like Attorney Woo) their will be cases that are intriguing and also not. (in my opinion)
