It is focused on BTS but gives you some sense of the wider kpop industry. Highly recommend - their journey from humble beginnings as underdogs is amazing and inspiring.

Also.. it's funny how you mention chicken noodle soup, one of their members J-HOPE actually have a solo song "Chicken Noodle Soup" he made the iconic dance into a song and it also features Becky G. You can check it out! It's so cool, J-Hope is also their main dancer.

Ateez-Hala Hala, Deja Vu,Say my name,Wonderland,Answer and another girl group i think would fit your vibes are Dreamcatcher there music is more rock/metal and m/v tell stories same with Ateez
