Episode 2 - You Walk Or You Die Mate

I have very nearly finished recording Episode 2, covering the retreat from Burma which means all being well I should be able to get it out before then end of the month. Menawhile research continues a pace, and Episode 3 - Death In The Arakan in nearly written. I'll then take a month or so, with the aim of doing at least 1 episode on the Chindits, and then we're off to the races with the Admin Box / Kohima / Imphal fight.....so it's all go at Thrasher Towers with lots of lovley content coming for your viewing pleasure soon :)

As an honorary Bristolian (I went to Uni there and lived there for a few years afterwards) and now as someone who has to spend time in Birmingham I am deeply saddened by Bill's family's decision to move from one to the other. Must have been a bet or some practical joke.

As a Brit, it fills me with pride to see all members of the Commonwealth be given the credit they deserve and that they are seen, acknowledged, and celebrated as heroes. As a Bristolian, it fills me with pride to see Bill Slim and the Forgotten Army's story be told. Thank you, Lord HardThrasher, your work never ceases to amaze me.
