Hi Patrons!

Today's Mermay is dedicated to all mothers out there! It's also inspired by Klimt! I really love how intimate and lively his paintings are!

I know Mother's day has passed already but I wanted to make a little tribute to moms! I think a mother's love is bigger than the ocean (yes, I'm cheesy 😅) but I've been missing my mom lately since I haven't seen her in a while due to lockdown here!

I really liked working on this piece since I was able to freely make lots of fun shapes and turn them into corrals (similar to Klimt's paintings!) I wanted to go for a warmer colour palette as well since I wanted the piece to have a cozy feeling! I've attached the timelapse video!
