Here's the process shots of "January Skies." I loved creating this piece!
I am personally not a big fan of the cold but I really love the pink hues during sunsets in winter.
For this painting, I was very much inspired by the colour schemes and exterior of Victorian houses.
I originally wanted to paint the house pink but decided to change it to a more darker palette since the pink house would blend in too much with the warm lighting and pink tones.
