Some have called me the Bob Ross of colored pencil and this picture is one of the best examples of such! Here we have Penumbra the Cerberus Lycanroc in a scene similar to one of my favorite Bob Ross paintings which features a snowcapped mountain in the background with crashing waves in the foreground.
This was a sketch requested by Jsk244 that went on to win a Patreon poll to be finished. And goodness, I had no idea this would turn into pretty much my favorite picture of Penumbra in existence to date. @.@’
She wears a mega chest, bikini, and flip flops so well… =w=
