i love this album but mainly like, the movie. because the movie had this whole storyline that matched up with the songs and a lot of the practical sounds was things that you saw happening in the movie. plus it helps paint a clearer picture of what each song is about. even if you don't like, react to it, i definitely recommend just watching the movie. melanie wrote, directed, and edited the movie so you know it's all her. plus i just think it's great that it's described as a 'musical horror fantasy film' because it really is a whole movie with a plot and everything.
