Written Dedications & Privacy

Some people have commented that they enjoy seeing their name/username in my posts, and it makes them feel individually appreciated for their contribution to my work. Others have expressed their concerns that it is a breach of their privacy.
As someone who operates under an alias, I fully understand the need for privacy. Especially when it comes to things - such as my content - that could have social and personal implications. I, in no way, ever want to make someone feel uncomfortable or exposed. Nor do I want to cause damage in someone's life. The only things I ever want to give to each of you is pleasure and fulfillment.
So that then brings me to the question: What do you think about the written dedications reward?
