There's two more costumes and another hair variation to be ported before this is ready for her final Early Access release.
The dress has a few layers going on, you can disable sim or remove some layers to avoid clipping or to increase performance.
Otherwise everything else such as the mesh, hair, textures and costume is at a release ready state.
The short hair is from a KK card, that I manage to modify it a bit to make it work for this model.
