Another odd idea from Patreon since August the tenth;-) If I want to save a picture with ending "jpg", it is termed (as awaited) with a cryptic 64 signs long name! If I want to save pictures with ending "png" or "jpeg", they are all termed "1" by Patreon! It's not a direct a real problem, because I rename them by myself, but "png" or "jpeg" must be renamed now!
