Laura

Laura and I shot this series in October out at Redstone and a couple of other locations.  She was in town for a fashion workshop and got in touch with me and asked if I wanted to shoot art nudes with her.  Of course I agreed.  She lives in Washington State.  We were joking on the way out that she had brought Washington weather with her.  It was cool and spitting a little rain.  You can see the clouds in a few of the photos, but it cleared up by the early afternoon.  She and I hadn't worked together before and we both were talking about how a first shoot is generally a little awkward, but this one was the exception to the rule.  It was like we had been shooting for years.  I forwarded all of the photos to her once she returned to Washington and she picked out over a hundred that she really liked.  This post includes a few of them as well as some of the photos that I really liked.

We were chatting on the way back to her hotel, and she informed me I was lucky in that she had just shaved the lady bits, and I got to shoot her before the stubble grew in.  She also revealed that since she was doing fashion the rest of the week, she wasn't planning on shaving down there again during the week.  The interesting conversations you have with women that run around nude with you in the desert all day long.  I'm not complaining.  I just find it interesting that barriers you would normally experience get thrown by the wayside.  How many women do you know that would meet you for the first time, and then an hour later be removing all their clothing and discussing the fine points of shaving their lady bits? Nudity does break down barriers.

As always I hope you enjoy this post.  I have several more in the can so to speak so I'll be a little more regular with my posts, I hope.  I also have a few shoots scheduled in the next month so stay tuned.  Thanks again for your support.  I really do appreciate it.
