This is the prequel to the previous Power Pet scene. In this one, Power Girl got into some kind of spell that makes her uncontrollably "intense". Zatanna uses her magic to calm her down and Ivy is using her method to letting out Power Girl "intense energy"...

This prequel to the last DC pic does fantastic work setting things up, and getting Zee in here to help make sure that Power Girl is under control for a while....
