Sooo much to say. First off, initially at the end when I finally noticed the spider and then spiders made me jump, thought no way that you don't see that. Then I realized why. No way you would be so nonchalant about a fucking face hugger on your desk.
It's unfortunate that Miller guy who played Weasel (The bar tender who was booky of the *Deadpool* in whether Wade would actually die the next time around during a contract or not) couldn't be among said loved ones DP went all DP trying to save. It really sucks when some continuity has to get shoved under the rug when actors have borderline personality problems self-destructs. Yes. That guy's mental health issues inconveniences my need for continuity. I said it. Moving on.
I loved this movie and I loved Blu's analysis. I am convinced she is pretending to not know stuff when I am certain she is a full blown nerd and is just as obsessed with the details as the rest of us.
I can only imagine all the behind the scenes politicking it took to make it happen.
So good.

Few facts about the movie - Ladypool is actually Ryan Reynold's wife, Blake Lively. The Deadpool with the Welsh-ish chestplate is one of the strikers in Ryan's football club, Wrexham FC. Deadpool broke the 5th wall, not just talking to the viewer but making reference to real people like " I will tell Blake (Lively)", mentioning Hugh's real life divorce ( from Deborra Lee-Furness).

I never thought I'd say this until I watched this movie, but Channing Tatum was born to play Gambit....and I'm not even a fan of Tatum.

when you first saw Dogpool running up and then saying "oh!..." was Pure Gold lmao. I highly recommend you watch Everything* "MARVEL" in order of release over the passed 20+ years. All the X-Men, all Fantastic-4, all spidermen, hulk, lokie seasons on disney+, and What-If.

Deadpool breaking the 4th wall all the time does not make his movies better than Blade, but I will admit the killing, and cursing is up there. Logan was pretty good too, and that's where it ends... It shouldn't take almost 3 hours in the avengers to save the world, and most of those movies are filled with petty comebacks from one another.
Fact of the matter is Tobey's Spider-Man/Peter Parker was better. He was his own hero. He didn't need help saving Mary Jane, and a cart full of people falling at the same time.
Tom's Spider-Man needed Iron Man's help keeping a boat together...
Tobey's Spider-Man stopped a train from crashing, and people found out who he was after he passed out... That's a powerful moment, because they realized how young, and brave he is, and promised not to tell anyone as his mask was returned to him
I have no idea wtf the other two did that comes close.
You say you like Andrew's Spider-Man when his was the weakest of them all! I'll admit his was closer to the comic version when they showed him getting his powers, and his girlfriend being Gwen before MJ, but that's where it ends! His Spider-Man was so bad that MCU didn't even want him! Iron Man came out a few years before Andrew's Spider-Man, and it had Nick, and Black widow in it! They been building up for the Solo movie's to finally make avengers for along while, and they paused your boy Andrew worse than they did Tobey! Atleast Tobey made a lasting impression on people, but as soon as Tom came in on captain America 3, and then did his own movie; Andrew was completely forgotten π for years! π

Lol I wasn't talking other movies compared to Blade. I was only talking Marvel movies. What MCU Marvel movie is better and as uncute than Blade? Then you say Tobey's Spider-Man did the weakest version... How is it the weakest? Wait... You think Tom's Spider-Man is the best? Please tell me you don't think that, because of those features he needed in his movies π

2024-10-24 19:39:20 +0000 UTC

2024-10-24 19:33:30 +0000 UTC

Blade the worst marvel movie? Blade is the reason Marvel was out of debt, because of how successful it was. If it wasn't for those movies there wouldn't be Any X-Men movies, Tobey McGuire Spider-Man, or any of the other movies that made it up to the Avengers the past 15+ years. But hey, it's your opinion ππΎ

What a fun movie! Marvel should make a R rated Blade movie staring Wesley Snipes. It could be old man blade. Since he ages like a human. Great reaction, Blu!

Between the outfit, that amazing giggle, the little bruise on your thigh that I invented 50 backstories for, coupled with the most enjoyable film I've seen in ages... thank you for a great afternoon.

Loved it! A bonafide Canadian from Vancouver playing a pretend Canadian from Saskatchewan, and an authentic Australian playing a pretend Canadian from Alberta.
hehe, tongue twisty.
That was exceptional, a blast, non stop action and funny! Best movie in forever!!
Best line in the movie was a single word :)
Great reaction Blu π

P.S
I know the dictionary says its own thing, but you could also argue this:
Gubernatorial is a word that describes a bunch of goobers.
hehe... comedy! :)

42:30 The black gentleman in this scene is Blade played by Wesley Snipes who is responsible for rejuvenating interest in Marvel and superhero movies in general with the movie "Blade" (1998).

Hey Blu, will check out the reaction momentarily.
A friendly reminder that Veteran's Day is coming up in a few weeks. For a Patreon reaction, I'd like to suggest a few possible movies. Lone Survivor (2013), Blackhawk Down (2001), or We Were Soldiers (2002.)
For a Veteran's Day Youtube reaction, a couple suggestions you might enjoy:
The Rescue of Jessica Buchanan. This is an excerpt from a 60 Minutes interview back in 2012, with a runtime of 15:45, so it shouldn't be too long for your Youtube channel. It's fairly popular for reaction channels.

USAF Pararescue: These Things We Do, That Others May Live. This has a running time of 10:03, so again, not too long:
