Character suggestions

Tying to find a descent set of critters alone is challenging enough so i thought id as what you guys would suggest for characters and idea for me to consider? I may start doing polls down the road as well if this goes over well. Feel free to list characters etc.

Well, you like otters, I figure something like anthro geckos would be the same body type, but with a lot more shading/lighting options. :3
