A/N: Welcome to my Ninth Story Poll! This story will officially update weekly on Wednesdays after Invader Syndrome, however I’ll be doing two chapters a week until we hit the public release with Chapter 6, so you get this first chapter as a bonus today!
Summary: In which a Kryptonian Scientist escapes the destruction of Krypton in his own unique way… via extradimensional travel. He will travel across the multiverse looking for a new place to call home… and companions to share said home with.

Be really funny if Kara just gained a half-sibling from this seemingly final rendezvous between Myk-Zod and Alura...though you'd expect Kryptonians to have a foolproof method of contraception if they normally whip up babies via Birthing Matrices. Still, always a chance for Kara to hear stories about Myk from Mommy Dearest...and decide to do better than her mother. Also, can't wait to see what universe Myk-Zod ends up in first and sets up shop in! Hopefully one where he doesn't have to start off in the relative Stone Age, technologically.

Bit sad about that, as some of his older stories had were much more interesting. Can't really blame him either though, man needs to make a living after all and well, sex sells. There's still some good stuff hidden among his newer work, as well as many chapters with less... Consequential polls merely deciding POVs and such. Those aren't too bad.

I hope eventually he'll return to save Alura and Kara even if it's way down the line, though I have a hunch that won't be the case (especially because that would maybe come a wee bit too close to breaking Patreon TOS, since you just know there's no way a story like this can exist without Kara getting added to the harem roster) and instead he'll meet multiversal variants of them and bring them into the fold instead. Also curious to see if he'll end up on Earth immediately or some other place with a yellow sun for his power-up and then how he'll go about using it more efficiently than 'Superman punch', 'Laser eyes', 'Frost breath' for every single issue. I imagine you won't go too crazy with the multiverse at first and stay a bit closer to home before you start branching out into different worlds. Speaking of, is this multiverse limited to the DC universe or will he be poking his head into other fandoms as well?

2026-01-18 06:56:10 +0000 UTCWish he'd have been a bit more spiteful before he left and released all the information about what is happening to the planet to the general population as well as the reason that his uncle rebelled. Could lead to a good deal of people fleeing, as the only people who could stop them would likely be trying to flee as well. As only the military could truly stop them, not just the science branch with a few of their lackeys. As they'd likely lose all those lackeys when they find out they were being screwed over and left to die. Would likely be a massive send off as the planet dies with tons of Kryptonian fleeing in every direction. Would make for a much more interesting universe with it not just being the El family that survives by screwing everyone else over. It would also open things up for a later part of the story if he ever returns to that universe and is hailed as the savior of his people for it.

That he was also having an affair with Zor-El wife was a choice but no complaints here and I think you had it ended pretty well even if only temporary, that his the only reason he knew about Krypton destruction was cause of Alura as the mc wasn't trust cause of his name was a nice touch. Can't wait to see the next chapter

Myk already has broken his perfect image of alura but the barrier breaking will also break alura’s perfect image of herself and finally put the idea that myk may actually be better

I can understand both sides of the discussion, but I really don't like the way they have left things, especially because it sounded like he will never come back 😢! It would have been perfect 🙏 if Alura and Kara go with him! I can only 🥺 hope that, even if the chapter says otherwise, he will come back and they'll make up 🥺! Please 🥺! I like that he didn't act like a child and while hurt, accepted it and made his choice. I can't wait until the next chapter!
