Summary: During a holiday party poker game Percy manages to bust all of the other players with a number of really lucky hands. Pretty much nobody wants to keep playing except for Piper, Thalia, and Artemis who all offer themselves up as collateral. If he wins, they all swear to become his 'sex pets'. Percy just thinks they're joking and that the last hand is them playing for fun. They're not. It's not.

2025-12-27 23:31:11 +0000 UTCI would like to point out, that the greek had a holy day or fest around the time of christmas. It was called Haloa, and was normaly on the 26th of dezember. It was held in the name of dopnysius and demeter, later the romans at least copied part of it and celebrated in the name of saturn for a week. they called it saturnalia. The early christians in an attempt to get more followers copied the date and startet to use it in their name. While the practices changed fundamentally over the centuries and millenia, it is still held in the sametime as it was bey much older religions.
