I figured the dad was a converted human who was even better than Jinu at hiding his patterns and he convinced Gwi-Ma that by becoming Mi Yeong's paramour, he could get her guard down.

The Prequel "Trilogy" to explain how our plucky heroine got to the point of things when the events of "K-Pop Demon Hunters" started! Maybe even an introduction to the new mission: rescuing Rumi's dad from Gwi-ma...if he's even somewhat like Jinu or Anakin Skywalker, and capable of seeking redemption.

I got maybe an hour sleep and have been binge-reading this for many long hours lol. Once I started reading I pretty much couldn't put it down and I eagerly await the next chapter!
