Harry's right, in that his interactions with the MoM are never easy nor often in his favor, so him wanting to avoid meeting with anyone from that organization is more than fair. That being said...Amelia Bones being the Minister of Magic means a different kind of politician running the show, and acquiescing with the Ministry's wishes NOW means less hassles later. But he needs to have the meeting on his own terms, and in a location of his choice.
