Ohhh....Bobby getting attacked and almost having his soul sucked out in the team's home base is going to have the girls at DEFCON 2, even if Bobby - as an outsider who hasn't been fed demon hunter rhetoric for years - tries to point out his savior was apparently a demon and his attackers called said savior a traitor. But I really think HUNTR/X needs to hear his perspective...especially Rumi...to make them start questioning their status quo.

I'm looking forward to having Bobby more involved and part of the girls' lives. As has been mentioned, I think having an unbiased voice would be good for them. Bobby: "Uhm, girls, you know I love you, but you do realize you're sounding a little... racist or something like that right now?" HUNTR/X: *staring at Bobby with jaws hanging open while darting uncomfortable glances at each other*

Really loving the story so far, and with how stressed and bored I am right now with how much waiting I have to do before I can even TRY to do something about the source of the stress, this is SOO appreciated, I personally feel like the chapter was over too quickly, but that could just be from my deep desire to not run out of great things to read and be left with nothing but to stew in my feelings until I fall asleep. I kindof just love the general concept and how things are progressing, I like seeing Jinu's actions in the background while he's trying figure out how to get in with the girls.

2025-09-14 02:49:43 +0000 UTCFantastic chapter. No notes. Very smart to recognize that without the Saja Boyz as the antagonists, Gwi-ma and Huntr/x would have a completely different battlefield. Poor Jinu not getting the usual Returner Future History Cheat. I'm excited that Bobby is being let in on the Masquerade. It'll be very interesting to see what a reasonable adult who doesn't have Celine's in built anti-demon hatred, and who was just saved by a friendly demon makes of the Girls attitude toward demon killing.
