Vibe Check #3: A Decision

Hey everyone, so I've decided I'm gonna be a little bit selfish here lol.

TL;DR (because I get rambly with this one): I've decided that Silver Eyes will be replaced by Second Chances (KPDH) for the time being. However, this story will not have polls unless I want to throw one in and will function instead almost like a weekly free write of sorts.

I still greatly appreciate everyone who voted on the second Vibe Check and gave me feedback about the DxD AU idea and what did or didn't work with it for them.

That said, shortly after posting that Vibe Check up, I had this idea for a KPop Demon Hunters story. Which, admittedly, KPop Demon Hunters has been consuming my life ever since I watched it a few days ago.

If you have Netflix (or another method of watching it) and have 90 minutes of free time, I STRONGLY recommend going and watching KPop Demon Hunters completely irrespective of me writing a story for the setting. Take it from me, someone who does not listen to kpop and doesn't even really watch animation/cartoons very much, it manages to transcends both genre and medium.

Anyways, the point of THIS post is not JUST to recommend KPDH with my whole fucking chest... but also because like I mentioned, I had an idea for a KPDH fic. And I wrote the first chapter yesterday so fast I surprised even myself.

I soft-launched it late last night right before getting into bed and the positive response was truly incredible, so I've made my decision.

Second Chances (KPDH) will be taking the place of Silver Eyes in my update schedule for the foreseeable future. However, I do not intend to run polls every chapter, or even on most chapters, so it will probably function more like a weekly free write 99% of the time. Might do a POV poll every once in a while or something, I dunno.

Though I also have intentions of getting out some early chapters in the coming week or two, so you'll probably see a chapter here and there late at night my time until I have like a 4-5 chapter backlog, after which it will default to its weekly schedule until it's completed.

For those who might be unhappy about this because they don't recognize the setting or just don't like it, this story probably won't be as long as most of my others. I'm currently imagining it to be 30-50 chapters at most in fact, though we'll see exactly how things pan out going forward, heh.
