I think that they should partially awakened her now, like they should allow her to see the destruction of the red room but she doesn't need to be fully awake to the point where she can bust out and just start killing people. Maybe do something similar to what you did with madeline,

2025-07-28 04:43:26 +0000 UTCI kinda wonder if it's possible to abuse his supercomputer like mental capabilities along with super luck to 'accidentally' create a few super drugs like NZT-48 or even Compound-V to awaken dorment mutant powers (he already knows how to do it using his ability). He can always get the idea during a movie night or something.

He really needs to learn how to use his powers effectively to pose any sort of challenge to a 17k year old monster. Just imagine if he takes Frost (obviously coz he'll go crazy if he had to do it all alone and he trusts Frost the most) with him for a decades long training arc conquering increasingly stronger worlds, becoming king and queen, while only an instant passes on Earth.
