Lots of people unsubscribing and saying in the Patreon satisfaction survey that I'm not as active as they thought.

I respect all supporters and understand that everyone has the right to do whatever they want.

I strive 12/14 hours every day from Monday to Monday to try to deliver a different product every 1,2 or 2 and a half days. If I don't come up with a new illustration in that time, it's because there was some kind of setback.

We artists are not machines, we are not AI. We have to go to the market, go to the doctor, make food, study, update ourselves, take care of everyday affairs and unforeseen events, etc...

Patreon is not some kind of car wash. Patreon is for those who want to support the artist they like with a small amount in a light, uncommitted way. Even as a form of gratitude for the various collections that are on pirated internet sites and that took years to be created and are placed on the internet in a cowardly and inhumane way.

There are many wonderful supporters here on the page. People who support me, encourage me, help me and give me hope that things can get better. These are the people I think about when I'm making an illustration.

Last night after I got home from the hospital, I didn't have time nor did I have the head to start an illustration. But even so, I stayed up until midnight working on some characters, always trying to improve so that in the end I could deliver the best experience to my supporters. Things don't happen alone, they need a lot of work, especially in 3d.

I know this type of post and photos aren't pleasant, but reading that I'm not active at a time like this really hurts.

I am so sorry for your loss, sometimes our pets are our best friends and I know how it feels to have to make the decision of sending them to that eternal sleep. After you've gone through the grief of losing them, just remember those happy times you had together and mention it to those of us who love hearing those stories; this has always brought a smile to my face remembering my pal Mochi... RIP Paimei

A few weeks ago I lost a dog who hadn't yet turned six years old and who I loved so much. To look after her and then have her cremated I took all the time she deserved. Anyone who doesn't understand certain situations denotes an undoubted insensitivity and lack of empathy. I offer you my condolences, continue with the excellent work you are doing. Bye
