Grievous is talking about Vader's robes in that moment, not his saber. Vader is wearing black robes and wielding a red lightsaber in this scene

2025-07-31 17:10:45 +0000 UTCBrown at most. Not… black. That was more the purview of Count Dooku or Ventress. is his light Saber red or black? When you first describe it it's black but for the rest of the chapter it's red.

Maybe an armor-weave techsuit as a base, phrik chainmail between the techsuit and plates, make the main plates out of Beskar, and finish it with an ablative Cortosis layer. Maybe a set of minor servos and actuators to make the suit self-supporting, and at least one shield generator.
