2025-06-12 11:24:58 +0000 UTCAxel really needs to widen his sources of stress relief...yeah, he's starting to clue in that Cersei is often full of shit (when she's not being stuffed full of his half-Viltrumite dick), and I get he doesn't want to head down Daddy Dearest's path of whoremongering, but are you seriously telling me none of the Lords of the Crownlands have tried getting an available daughter in place as Axel's queen and baby factory for future heirs? Fuck...have Myrcella catch wind of what Mommy's doing with Axel and decide to secure herself as Queen and avoid eventually being some trophy for Tywin to hoard in Casterly Rock until he figures who who he can marry her to maintain House Lannister.

If they get into a habit of thinking they can back off to discuss things mid combat, that's going to likely get them killed. Same with not going straight for the kill and letting them think that's normal as well. Too many people fall into their habits without thinking about it once something is ingrained in them. He also needs to learn about leadership and how to rule. Fear is the key to keeping power, once people no longer fear repercussions for their actions, they almost always rebel. Tyrants used to be the most loved sort of rulers by the people since they were all about expanding their empires, not tormenting their own citizens. It's only by today's standards that people call slum lord type scum tyrants and pretend every kingdom and empire on Earth wasn't created by one.
